Your statutory rights

Cooling-off for distance contracts

For many distance purchases, you may cancel within fourteen days after the day you receive physical goods without giving a reason. Exceptions apply when goods are sealed for health or hygiene protection and have been unsealed after delivery, or when goods are personalised or perishable. Food supplements are often treated as sealed goods for hygiene purposes once opened.

Keep packaging photographs if you need to demonstrate a fault or shipping damage; they help us resolve cases faster.

Hygiene and product integrity

Because TrueCore products are intended for ingestion, we may refuse returns that are opened, tampered with, or missing batch codes unless a defect or regulatory issue requires a recall. Unopened items in resaleable condition may be eligible for return within the timeframe we confirm in writing for your specific order, subject to restocking rules where applicable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if the contents do not match the order confirmation, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and any affected units. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund including reasonable return shipping costs we authorise in advance.

How to request a refund or return

Email talk@phefxirexlo.world with “Return request” in the subject line. Include your full name, delivery postcode, order identifier, reason for the request, and whether you would prefer a refund or replacement. Wait for a return authorisation before sending goods back, unless we instruct otherwise for small-value cases.

Refund processing times

Once we receive returned goods at the address we provide, or once we approve a refund without return where applicable, we aim to process refunds within five to ten business days. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to post credits to your statement. Original shipping charges are refunded only where required by law or where we explicitly confirm otherwise.

Partial refunds and restocking

In limited circumstances we may offer a partial refund if you keep part of an order or if a promotional bundle is partially returned. Restocking fees are not applied unless clearly disclosed at the point of sale and permitted by law.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve legitimate issues directly. Chargebacks that are raised without a valid basis may result in additional fees passed through by payment providers if contractually allowed.
